The Golden Hind, Cambridge

The great British roast is something to behold. And not having one in a good long while, I saw the sign for sunday carvery and stoped in. It really was the worst meal i have ever had and not just in a pub but ever in my life. The meat the mash the veg all crap and no yorkshire pub

The Red Bear Inn, Thorne

Looks great on the outside but struffie on the inside but don't be put off it's a great pub with a real atomphere. split into halfs with all the pool table and other things and one side and a hugh big screen on the other

The Green Tree, Hatfield

Just to be one of the best food places around but since the big company got hold of it. Now it's pre-packed rubbish.
But this pub comes into its own for wedding receptions the great cooks are still there and the function room is tailor made.
I was there for a wedding and the food was out of this world, the function room had a medieval look to it and it is actually hundreds of years old (not a silly false theme)

The Wheatsheaf, Wisbech

It is what it is. You know what you are getting with spoones, you pay for what you get.
But for a Wetherspoons it's not bad.

Arcadia Ale and Wine Bar, Headingley

Stuck up, to small

The Skyrack, Headingley

Good to see the war between the rack and the oak goes on. Funny how all the bad reviews are from the same people who love the oak.
The Skyrack is a real (none pretty boy) pub were anyone can go student or local. The Guinness is the best in town and there is nowhere else other than the mother land I would be on ST Pat's
