I only ever visid this pub once. It was late sunday evening and was a little quieter. It was so lovely and relaxing, and the dog-molly wondering around the place. Kids are allowed to run freely, so best to go in when they 're at home.
Really loved the pub, worth a visit.

The White Hart, Sherfield on Loddon
This is a lovely pub although the manager who took over while the real managers were on holiday was unfriendly and rude. We actually stopped going in while he was there.
The food has slightly gone down hill, they really need to change their menue and offer alternatives. Perhaps include the lunch menue in the evenings during the summer when people just want a light snack.
Very expensive wine but a wide variety of beers. The waitresses are so lovely and the bar staff are very friendly.
On the odd occasion you get pikeys which really drags the place down when they start fighting.
ll in all a good pub but it is evident that this pub belongs to a chain unlike the 4 horse shoes. A real shame.

Nice pub, great food and bar staff really friendly The regulars seem really nice and very chatty. The only downside was the smoking, the non smoking restaurant was in need of a lick of paint etc. So we sat in the pub to eat as it was a lot nicer. We had to contend with a lot of smoke but this was our choice!
Its a real old english country pub, full fo charm and enchatment. Great beer and reasonable priced espcecially compared to the white hart.
Will go again and at in the bat when the new smoking law comes into effect!

The Claddagh Ring, Reading
Have been in this pub once it seemed ok but once you become a regular it becomes a second home. My cousin visited me from Ireland but as I was not home called into this pub. They were welcomed with open arms, had a round of drink bought for them and they invited my cousin to play football that weekend. Now you dont get many pubs lke this anymore!
