| Everything a country pub should be - a spectacular selection of ales, terrific, home made food, a shaggy retriever lying across the welcome mat and genuine olde worlde decor. The only pity is having to drive there, leaving me unable to partake of the alcohol. | Decent enough boozer but def could do with some tlc - bar area needs freshening up & lots of the furniture should have a health hazard symbol on it. On plus side food was decent and the TTLandlord was superb! As others have said gives impression that its 'coasting' downsview - 12 Nov 2012 13:46 |
| Perhap I should declare an interest and say the landlord is my second cousin. I made my first visit while the pubs beer and cricket festival was on in July .
