The usual chain....nothing more nothing less.
A wide and varied selection of foregn brews but be prepare to pay for them.
Can't say I have ever eaten here - make of that what you will.

This is a good little pub which is well run. Food's ok. Service fine and friendly when I went in. Too many lagers and not enough real ale, but what they do serve is very good. Busy at the weekends...

Once one of the best pubs in central Abingdon it is now pipped IMHO by the Brewery Tap which offers a better atmosphere. The food is fine here but not outstanding, the beer is fresh and well kept. Certainly worth a visit.

More a locals pub, landlord says hello but that's about it, can hardly call it welcoming. Beer isn't bad though...

Bit of an oddity but you could say they are at least trying. The New Inn which was once ticking all the boxes ticks none now. The Red Lion could do with some investment so that only leaves the Dolphin in this village. No real ales just the usual lager offerings so enjoyed a Guinness.

The Red Lion, Middleton Cheney
Pint of Hobgoblin was fine but hardly the most celubrious of surroundings. No atmosphere and few customers...

How things have changed...
A pint of HookNorton beer that couldn't be drunk, and a glass of wine where the glass probably cost more than the contents. Such a shame.

This is a drinking pub - no thrills and better for it. Landlord and lady very friendly...

The landlord and landlady are charming but sadly this pub is let down by the "youth" clientelle. Beer isn't bad but it doesn't deserve the overall score it has at the moment.
