| we had booked a table 2 weeks in advance and were told it had been given away when we arrived, The bar staff were very pleasant but ill informed as to what was available as 3 of our party had to order twice. the restaurant staff were non-existent! , we were sat for nearly 2 hours and were visited once by a waiter who had good wine knowledge but not much else. our main course was delivered before our starters had been cleared away. the starter portions are a bit over the top but i suspect that is to justify the price which is very high for the type of food served. all in all a poor experience as our expectation from looking at the website was quite high, unfortunately it is was a mediocre experiance longshanks8400 - 28 Mar 2010 13:50 |
