Hmm, how can I describe The Pubb? I never thought I'd see the day when a pub's toilets were cleaner then the glasses but, OMG, that's what you get with this place. No choice on beer,no spirits,no ale and no chance ever of a revisit. Guinness is generally a safe choice, but what came out of the pump looked like one of those dysentery moments that leaves you with stinging eyes and I'm not sure if it was a huge rat or a pub dog that I saw scurrying around. This is quite possibly the source of the swine flu stain. MR_BOB - 2 Feb 2010 20:03 |
If you are ever unfortuante enough to have a drink in this complete dive, I strongly advise you not to drink the Guiness. It's not Guiness, more like the contents of the owner's bowels that been liquidised with out of date cream and dirty dishwater. The only redeeming feature I can think of regarding this brick building diguised as a pub, was that I can safely say I've now visited the Wort Pub In The Country. OLIVER2010 - 1 Feb 2010 14:26 |
Awful; worst pub I've ever been to. Went there on Saturday for a quick pint with a stag crowd before heading to the nearby go-karting track. There was only one lager tap working, the Guinness tasted like dirty dishwater and looked like diarrhoea, there was no ale, all the spirits were empty, the entrance opened onto where darts was played (luckily for us a game wasn't in full flow otherwise we would have had to dodge the flying darts), and to top it all off "kill Millwall Football Club" was written on the darts chalkboard. This 'pubb' (the most unoriginal name ever) should be demolished immediately. EOIND - 31 Jan 2010 20:58 |
