| Paula and the team have turned The Anchor into the best pub for miles around. Beer range good and always in top notch condition. Always TT Landlord, Bass and either/or a Leatherbritches or Charnwood guest. Every aspect of the pub is spot on. Warm and friendly, darts nights, Busy, food served twice a week (fish and chips Wednesday, Sunday roast), lovely decor.... The front garden is a dreamy sun spot in the evening, the back ideal for dogs and more secluded. Walton on the Wolds is picture perfect as well, and the walking around here is top notch.. | Very quiet village pub with just one other customer inside and a handful outside at both the front and the rear. A nice setting and pleasant inside too.
