My name is Vikki, I became the manager of this establishment in October 2013. I've seen lots of negative things regarding previous manager. If anyone would like to give the bar another try, I'd be most grateful. I can assure you the service is super friendly. I really want to get the friendly bar vibe back, and together the customers and I are achieving this!! I would like all customers to feel welcomed here, whether local or a visitor to the area. Hopefully now when people leave, they remember us for all the right reasons. snuffles - 21 Feb 2014 19:42 |
Great little bar but unfortunately let down by shocking customer service! My friends, family and I were all mortified at the response we got when we complained that our lemonades were flat We were told to stop our bitching and drink it or f-off horrendous behavior (from the Manager, I might add) and not the response we were expecting when all we'd asked for is a replacement or our money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAR! LF60 - 26 Feb 2012 10:52 |

Never seems open whenever I pass by nowadays. Used to pop in for the odd pint or glass of wine with the missus on Saturday shopping excursions. It had a nice, local scene then. griffo59 - 30 Jul 2011 18:55 |
