The Mad Hatter Wine Bar, Cirencester
Great little bar but unfortunately let down by shocking customer service! My friends, family and I were all mortified at the response we got when we complained that our lemonades were flat� We were told to �stop our bitching and drink it or f-off� � horrendous behavior (from the Manager, I might add) and not the response we were expecting when all we'd asked for is a replacement or our money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAR!
