The Mad Hatter Wine Bar, Cirencester

My name is Vikki, I became the manager of this establishment in October 2013. I've seen lots of negative things regarding previous manager. If anyone would like to give the bar another try, I'd be most grateful. I can assure you the service is super friendly. I really want to get the friendly bar vibe back, and together the customers and I are achieving this!! I would like all customers to feel welcomed here, whether local or a visitor to the area. Hopefully now when people leave, they remember us for all the right reasons.
