The Bull and Butcher, Corley Moor

Excellent carvery and very friendly staff. The beer is good and location good. Parking is tricking on a Sunday and it does get very busy. Theonly downside is that the pub does get very hot and the tables can be a little close together. Overall though, well worth a visit.

The Greyhound Inn, Longford

Incompetent chef, unpleasant and unhelpful staff and a manager who has clearly never heard of Customer Service.
I ordered steak well done and it arrived medium rare twice. No apology and when I refused to pay for the meal (not the whole bill - which tallied to around �75) due to the lengthy wait and sheer inconvenience I was told to either 'pay or me and my family would no longer be welcome'. Not a good result considering myself, family and friends are locals and tend to drink in the pub once a week.
A shame as the pub does do excellent pies and has good real ale.
