The Harrow Inn, Compton

I have worked at this pub for three months now and we are all trying hard to turn around it's previous reputation, there have been many changes made and more are yet to come as we don't yet have everything the way we would like it but we will get it right and are fully commited. We are not a fast food establishment yet our turn around on food orders considering we cook from fresh is very quick indeed, and whilst some of our staff are young they are learning very quickly and i would not be wasting any time here if i did not believe in the pub and it's other staff. I have worked at only five other establishments but this is the most commited one (to customers and staff) i've seen and i want to be part of it.

The Rose and Crown, Orpington

thank goodness youngs have finally seen sense and decided to change the manager, a dull and uninteresting woman with bad breath and very little in the way of social skills, i have witnessed her talking to her staff as if they were something nasty on her shoe that she had stepped in, being the worse for wear and shouting rudely across the bar after sampling to much of her products, and generally driving down trade from a once thriving venue. good riddance and next time you are passing just keep going.
