The Crown and Anchor, Las Vegas
Having spend quite some time in London, I agree totally with Millay. This is a proper pub, even with the video poker machines right in front of you. The selection of draught beer is quite impressive. I visit Vegas at least twice a year and this awesome pub is always on the crawl list. To feel more at home, try the tasty Sunday roast. While not as great as you would find in the UK, it's still a good meal. Last time I was there, they were out of Tetley's. However, with all those tap handles, it was easy to find a suitable replacement. For the very best in American IPA, try the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. And if you are lucky enough to visit while they have Samuel Adams Boston Ale (not Lager - which is everywhere!) on tap, give it a try. You won't be disappointed. And this pub is far enough away from the Strip to keep the crowds down. Finally, a big hello to my two favorite Englishmen, Nigel and Charles. I met these two while they were on holiday in Vegas with their wives and I've not since had that much fun.

I love this pub! I go to Vegas every March, usually around St. Patrick's Day. During this time there are Irish ales and lagers available that aren't served the rest of the year. The friendly staff pours a quality pint and the beer is always in great condition. It does get crowded, but what can you expect from a place with great beer, great food & great live music? I give it a 10!

The Duke Of Wellington, Marylebone
I have not visited this "pub" since me post of 22 Sep 2005, but it's obvious from the photos this place has gone to hell. Total, complete shame! Where have all the good London pubs gone???
