9 Gallon, Warrington

Former convenience store turned pub. Specialises in cask beer & cider and whiskeys. Has an island bar with 13 hand pumps (2 for cider) and only 1 keg lager (Brooklyn). Nice dark wood interior. Friendly and talkative staff. Value is very good. I hope to return to check this out again in the future.

Here on business. Don't seem may real ale outlets in warrington, and must be said none come up to the standards of the weatherspoons looking glass.

Found beers really good, staff very friendly, food good value for your money.

The Old Swan, Uttoxeter

Located close to the town's market place this Spoon pub has 6 handpulls offering a wider selection of local and national ales including Milestone, Titanic, Batemans, Greene King Abbot, Ruddles Best and Sharp's Doom Bar. A large open plan seating area downstairs is supplemented with a quieter upper level to the rear. One of the better Wetherspoons.
