Excellent selection of beers at a very reasonable price. Excellent food. No smoking section. One main bar with only background music. Back room with projector TV. Beer garden.

This pub used to be one of the best in Ipswich. It's quite small and nice and murky. Reasonable selection of beers and beer garden. The food is ok and well priced. The only problem is that over the last couple of years the beers seem to go up by about 10p a month. It's expensive now.

Large open pub right next to the bus station. Decent food at a decent price and reasonably cheap beer. A good selection of largers and a couple of decent bitters.
Live music quite often and sports.

It's a passable pub. Full of old people during the day and packed with a mixture of ages at night. Beer is very cheap and generally quite nasty. Food is alright. Service is not very good at all, be noisy if you want to get served.

The Farmhouse, Kesgrave
More a eatery than a pub these days. There is a little section round the side (almost like a snug, but bigger) where smoking is allowed and all the regulars hang out.
The food is meant to be excellent although being a bit of a snob I wouldn't touch it. Beer is a reasonable price and the bar staff are excellent and very friendly.
