The Chineham Arms, Chineham

I was quite surprised to see the comments about the food, the last time I ate in here the food was great and last year the managers put on a really interesting beer and food event - the head brewer came along and was very entertaining. I would definately eat here again and the beers not bad either.

The Sorting Room, Twickenham

Wetherspoons should be disgusted with this pub, I was in there last night and was ignored by the bar staff who chose to serve their mates, when I pointed out that I had been ignored 4 times the rude little git behind the bar told me if I was going to cause an arguement he wouldnt serve me! I will never ever spend any money in here again and I think any one considering paying a visit to this pub shoulnt bother, its absolutley crap.

The Duke of Cambridge, Twickenham

This pub was runined when it was run by landlords who didnt look after it but now under new management it is a lovely little pub to visit. They have a good quiz on Tuesday nights, darts on Wednesday and the atmosphere is fab on Rugby days, it may be a small pub but its really welcoming. The pub is made up largely of locals who once you get to know them are also a good laugh and very friendly. The foods good and very reasonably priced. Its well worth a visit - the picture on this site doesnt really do the pub justice, it has a lovely sized beer garden perfect for summer and a good range of beers.
