visited 9/11/10 oh dear just as you think spoons are getting some nice bars and good staff you have the grid used to be ok with old manager new girl needs help or sack, poor staff, poor kept ales and dirty. Agree its better than railway in putney but then what bar isnt.

The Old House At Home, Dorking
visited on friday lunch time enjoyed a well kept youngs and cottage pie enjoyed both, new manager informed me of a re-furb including out-door bar and kitchen will be back again to check it out.

visited this charming little pub other day 3 well kept ales harveys, doom bar, i cant think of the other, friendly locals too. Hope it stays around for next 300 years too.

popped in friday place is busy again, horaay! choice of six ales: harveys, Tribute, Doombar, Spitfire, greenking, youngs which rotate iam told Blacksheep and A skinners were next to go on and a there was a nice real cider to go with it, food has now started as well. well done!!!!!!

oops had the mis-fortune to stay at the new faulty towers joke from start to finish, manageress and manager rowing in receiption for 5 mins while i wait to check inn, then have to deal with sour face manageress at dinner and breakfast wont be staying again which is shame as rooms are nice and food was pretty good!!!!

can only assume the bold statement recently left is from staff, visted this pub for lunch with family and friends, greeted by a ghastley lady who has apparently been there for years no smile, no service, no chat, arms folded moody mare!!! pub looks quite nice and in nice area but watcd out for the witch of eastwick

The Old House At Home, Dorking
as i was told the pub has had a refurb and food is on every lunch time, watched the rugby in 3D and enjoyed the old house own youngs ale, then watched the world cup of darts in 3D, then a football game, great saturday if you ask me!
