In here last Monday for the first time in years and what a plesent pub it is too. Had a pint of Harveys Sussex Best Bitter @ 3.25 a bit too cold but nice anyway. bjbrummiejohn - 6 Jun 2012 08:29 |
Beer well kept, staff friendly, good atmosphere. robfrancis - 17 Jan 2012 15:36 |
A large imposing pub located on a large roundabout at the end of New Malden High Street. It has a large L-shaped lounge with a generous sized bar. The lounge has comfortable seating and pleasant decor. A fair selection of real ales. I had a beer from Purity which was very citrusy and not to my taste. However the pub is well worth a visit. boozers_knows - 27 Oct 2011 14:02 |
Visited last night. St Austell Tribute, Adnams Bitter, London Pride and one other mainstream beer. Quality was generally average. Large pub, sports showing. GuideDogSaint - 5 Oct 2011 17:32 |
Was forced into the place due to the real ale heaven down the road called Woodies having no Sky Sports 2....and it has improved a bit, decour new but plastic, hand-pulls on, which I don't remember from last time, and choice not bad (Landlord and Mad Goose 2 of the 4). Age range of customers on the bordering on legal side but a decent sized TV screen without overload volume. Still wouldn't choose to go but might reconsider it as a fall-back if required. loveleedshatebates - 21 Sep 2011 14:05 |
