| Stayed here in the B&B rooms a few nights. A bit basic but pleasant. Spent a few evenings in the bar as a result. David, the landlord, friendly, good barman. | Timothy Taylors pub with landlord, golden best I think ramtam was the other on. Couple of lagers and a draught cider. Good range of bottled beers too. Had an Excellent pint of Landlord, and the Golden Best my friend had was on top form too. Pleasant Landlord on duty , busy but polite and acknowledges everycomer. This is a lovely pub in a hilltop setting, Beer garden has to have some of the best views going. Good pub grub at fantastically low prices. We had a great suasage and mash for aorund �3 each. Does B and B if you get too legless. Its a good idea to get a ride on the regular bus service uphill from Hebden Bridge and then enjoy a pleasant stroll back down the hill.
