| Good and varied range of real ales on offer at reasonable prices (if you're a CAMRA member, show your card for 20p a pint off). | Beer still good, however the manager that was interested in talking about the beer doesnt seem to be there any more. Showcasing 3 Wadworth beers and the Pictish Gold still on form, �2.50 one of the cheapest in town. This cannot be said for the food as mentioned, try the bowl of chips (I think we counted eight chunky delicious chips) for �3. Is the Beef and Horseradish sandwich really �9.95? The deals are cheaper, soup and sandwich at lunch �5.95 but don't expect to be full. The soup bowl was probably 1 inch deep. Early bird pre 7pm for starter and main is the best bet (�14 I think).
