| My partner and I visited this pub on the late afternoon / early evening of 9 November 2014 intending to have a meal and drinks. The pub was very busy, which seemed a good sign and I was happy to wait for five minutes to be served by the lone barman. When all customers who were there before me had been dealt with I expected to be served and was dismayed when the barman avoided eye contact and served another customer who had arrived at the bar after me. I made him aware that I was the next in line but to no avail.
