| Situated dangerously on a busy roundabout. They tried to have bar billiards here once, but they stuck it the wrong place, hard against the bar, and unsurprisingly it didn't take off. Memories of my visit was that the drinks were a bit pricey. No reason to re-visit. tommo5 - 1 Aug 2011 14:10 |
| I stopped at this pub for lunch on Saturday, with my daughter and her friend. The landlady was so welcoming and we had a fantastic meal. The home made burgers were excellent and the chips were the best I have eaten. I would recommend this pub and will definitely be going there again. Helmia - 2 Dec 2010 17:33 |
| Went out for lunch today with my mum. She is suffering with cancer and cannot manage large meals so when we were offered a "kids portion" by the waitress she was very happy. Only trouble is the landlord/manager said this was not allowed as it is against policy. The food was nice but to anyone who requires understanding service then I do not recommend this place. In the end he was very unsympathetic and did not care at all. I was paying full price and it just seemed he was more interested about getting more money rather than customer service.
