Ansty Cross Inn, Haywards Heath

Went out for lunch today with my mum. She is suffering with cancer and cannot manage large meals so when we were offered a "kids portion" by the waitress she was very happy.
Only trouble is the landlord/manager said this was not allowed as it is against policy.
The food was nice but to anyone who requires understanding service then I do not recommend this place.
In the end he was very unsympathetic and did not care at all.
I was paying full price and it just seemed he was more interested about getting more money rather than customer service.
Will not be returning.
