No real ale on due to lack of demand in summer, settled for a pint of keg of sorts which was ok. Obviously this pub has seen better days but the landlady was chatty and knew a lot about the local pub scene, hopefully things will improve? StoneBlack - 4 Sep 2016 22:36 |

recent saturday visit - live singer on - V busy, good atmosphere - downside ale was poor and expensive. odbod - 21 Aug 2013 15:45 |
Thought the last two posts were a little harsh- didn't drink the real ale here and the beer was expensive (Kronenbergy 3.95pint) but pub is nicely done up and a few in on a mid week afternoon. The elderely excentric in the US Airforce Uniform drinking Babychams (yes really!) added a little colour to the proceedings! 6/10. Chrisnutt - 5 Jan 2012 22:13 |
If you like drinking alone, this is the place for you. Always either empty or frequented by idiots. wolvesfan - 29 Jan 2011 12:26 |
