the pub it self is ok it's the locals that use it when that estate was built in the 60s and 70s i worked on that pub as a bricklayer it was a lovely pub, within 4 week's it was wrecked the locals dident like the looked of it,the locals from Strood,Chatham, over flow from London moved in to the new council and private home's on lordswood and dargets wood, that .place will never be a family pub rickpat - 6 Nov 2009 16:11 |
A functional place that I have fond memories of from my time working in Lordswood. We would often eat and drink in here. SilkTork - 23 Apr 2008 23:26 |
Greene King pub in an early 70s housing estate shopping precinct. Bland, but acceptable. It has untorn seats and tables, and the place doesn't smell. It serves food and beer. A standard issue "family" pub. SilkTork - 25 Aug 2006 19:38 |
