| Lack of service blamed on staff absence, so wasn't "table table" service as practised in other such Whitbread branded pub restaurants. Chips and peas included in the meals were of poor quality, no one asked us if the meals were OK. There was only Ringwood on tap, the other two ales were off. No what I expected. | Wow. Again used to come here with my children for the play area. That has now gone - with much improved decor. I can only say the service and food was great! Staff were friendly and attentive. New managers seem to be in place, not twenty somethings though! I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough! Hereforbeer - 1 Sep 2008 10:29 |
