Homely, cosy, friendly, and exceptionally welcoming, it�s the kind of place where good beer, good company, and good conversation are an absolute given. Cask ale is its speciality, and we�ve recently had to install a 4th handpull to cope with the huge and ever-changing selection of guest beers. There�s a sunny, outside seating area, a busy quiz night, a selection of traditional bar snacks including pickled eggs and pork scratchings, plenty of domino boards, a football team, a darts team, and even a tug-of-war team.
