@blue_scrumpy I can't quite believe you actually named the f**king keg beers! realalerules1983 - 9 Feb 2015 21:36 |
Expensive bar in a prominent position in the Albert Dock. There are no real ales here. The keg options were Amstel, Strongbow, Fosters, John Smiths Extra Cold, Guinness & Heineken. It's very expensive and a bit of a tourist trap. Can cater for large groups and clearly does a good business in its food too. Not worth a return visit. blue_scrumpy - 9 Feb 2015 20:32 |
Only tap beers and lagers, but a great venue and lovely setting right next to the dock. We shared a couple of tapas/ribs platters which were very nice. Lots of continental lagers on offer. I chose Amstel which is always a nice crisp pint... Reccomended... Barrow_Beer_Hunter - 27 Oct 2013 11:05 |
Overpriced drinks, but a decently laid out and run venue. saido - 22 Sep 2013 17:24 |
Manic at weekends but ok during the week. Upmarket bar. Not cheap. OK for a drink prior to going to the Echo Arena. wirraldrinker - 14 Feb 2009 11:59 |
