In its new incarnation, this place is now the Raving Buddha , or something equally stupid. Quite possibly the worst pub/bar/club (or whatever it purports to be) I have ever visited. Absolutely soulless. Beer not great either. The usual Stella/Fosters combination. And why the umbrellas on the ceiling? I think I must have missed the point. papamike - 30 Jun 2011 19:37 |
Very popular QPR pub. In July 2004 was renamed The Prince, from The British Prince, but it's original name was the Orange Kipper. Across the left hand side of the pub, an American artist has painted an enormous QPR mural featuring past greats including Phil Parkes, Les Ferdinand and strangely Andy Thomson? A couple of years ago Paddy Power bookmakers conveniently opened up next door. Gianni Paladini infamously (well to QPR fans) announced Gary Waddock as manager in the Prince tim.charles - 20 Feb 2010 06:42 |

Well this place has certainly cleaned up its act since the new manageress and her girls took over. Clean, friendly and well run, with a variety of entertainment makes it a pleasure to go to. Also with the new lively resident DJ Alan on Saturday nights, The Prince is the best place in the Bush to 'rock until you drop'.Long may it last!!!! trixie1 - 22 Jul 2008 00:09 |
