| I hadn't been to the White Horse for a good few years so on Monday whilst around that area of town I decided to check it out. Seems now to be a family & meal-orientated place with a big long seating area to the right as you walk in, and was quite busy when I arrived. Had 2 pints of Foster's which were very good. | i think shropshire123 means the assistant manegeress she seems to be far above her station and idle i find the staff to be very busy and try to do thier best some times they are rushed off thier feet which to be taken into consideration when making comments ,yes the food is cheap two for one i have eaten there many times but will no longer due to the bad meals received by our party at the last visit it a shame the floor staff work hard . thevanman - 13 Apr 2009 12:55 |
| food cheap service was good unlike the food was cold spoiled the xmas party when the ice cream was hotter that the soup and how the roast potatoes were cold they had been burnt to a cinder its the old saying you get what you pay for staff were very pleasant ant helpful shame the food let them down thecarer - 6 Apr 2009 14:01 |
| cheap but food leaves a lot to be desired , in general over zealous with microwave times , manageress needs a course in tact and diplomacy with her cant be bothered attitude when things go wrong ,ok but wouldnt make visits a regular occurrence shropshire123 - 31 Aug 2008 11:49 |
