Now the Swan. More a restaurant than a pub now, though there is a good selection of ales. dpaajones - 26 Jul 2011 11:35 |
The Black Horse has now been renamed the SWAN and has been given a complete make over. The best riverside pub in Cambridgeshire MIKESWALKER - 20 Mar 2011 08:51 |
At the time of writing one of only two pubs in Littleport and the other one isn't worth a visit (miserable un-accomodating owner) This is a thriving pub sitting on the banks of the River Great Ouse with a public bar and lounge/dining area. Food is very good and two real ales are available, neither being Greene King. Pleasant garden overlooking the river. The staff are pleasant and efficient The customers are a mix of locals and boaters creating a pleasant atmosphere and dogs are welcome in the garden, unlike the other pub in Littleport. grumpy2 - 15 Sep 2009 08:03 |
A nice little pub with a cracking riverside location. Always has a good pint of Adnams on. Regulars are quite friendly which is a pleasant surprise given that you are in the middle of the Fens. mrse1 - 6 Dec 2006 09:37 |
