| Small, modernised pub located in a valley off the beaten track. There are 2 rooms. The games room is to the left and the main bar is to the right. As soon as the bar started getting busy, it felt a little too cramped, especially with most of the locals crowding around the bar. However, the welcome was friendly. | This pub I have visited onlyu once and it was for a meal with my wife. It had a friendly inviting atmosphere, the bar staff were welcoming, smart, pleasant and attentive and the waitresses were quick and attentive without being overbearing. We went fairly early, around 7pm, so what it is like later in the evening I have no idea and can only say as I find. However, I would recommend it. jezemondo - 19 Oct 2006 08:14 |
