Went there a couple of weeks ago - against my better judgement. There were 7 of us, it was a Sunday evening about 5pm and the restaurant was quiet. Ordered some starters and they arrived promptly - then it all went down hill. We waited nearly an hour for the main courses and when they arrived they were cold. The waitress informed us they had been sitting on the side for about 45 mins whilst she waited for the 'chef' to finish the order. The meals were sent back and recooked but were just as bad second time. The Manager must be so used to complaints that he didn't even argue when we refused to pay for their attempts at food. I didn't think this place could get any worse but it certainly has !! NickG - 20 May 2007 17:32 |
Some rude staff, food was okay. Restaurant looks very nice and is large. Usually have to wait awhile for main meals however deserts come out instantly. andrewhut - 9 Dec 2006 04:21 |
Pretty standard sort of pub. The dining area is seperate from the bar which is good and there is a nice area outside for the warmer days. The food is poor though - standard menu, poor selection and they never cook the steak right - unless you want it well done don't bother. anonymous - 24 Apr 2006 11:00 |

Yer... not too bad, not too amazing. Very standard, modern pub. Restaurant side for diners, and bar which is smokey, busy and boozy. Drinks selection was also pretty standard. alistair_cross - 6 Apr 2006 23:43 |
