Been called "The Mill " for a long time now, but never been very popular at all. So it's no surprise to see it closed down again, and once again up for Sale/ Let......Don't think this place has long left as a Pub in fact, as the whole area of Bryn-Y_Mor Road, is becoming more and more run down every Day, which is a shame.......

Yes, we called in here on Thursday evening, just to see what the place was like nowdays, and also walked out, as it was full of pissed people. Seems to have taken a turn for the worst lately, Sadly........

Just been taken over by new licensees. Went in there on a Saturday night and the combination of a large group of shouty pissed up lads and music so loud we couldn't hear each other speak meant we walked straight back out without even bothering to order. Nothing seems to have changed. Pity.

Currently up for sale, along with almost every other Pub in the area, so I think the owners have lost interest nowdays, and who can blame them. Closed every Tuesday at the moment.....

We had a meal here today,and looked forward to it, but sadly, since my last visit, we have now found out that the Chef has left ( and it really shows )and the food has become rather mundane, which is a real shame.....

As The Mill, since May 2006, this place has improved massively and offers a much improved range of beers/spirits and a nice atmosphere. For me it is spoilt a bit by the ubiquitous telescreens and the (generally dire) pop music which gets progressively louder as the night wears on.

Well,having recently visited this establishment again,we found it has now decided to put on a Special Lunchtime Menu,where all the dishes are �4:50.....and they are all superb indeed, so there is no reason to worry about cost at all, must be the best kept secret in Swansea for excellent food, and the staff are always very pleasant too.

What a lovely place this is nowdays, it used to be a bit of a dump as The Smoking Dog, but the new owners have spruced the place up, given it a brilliant new Menu, and created a lovely atmosphere too. We have eaten here on many occasions now and the food is superb ( if a little bit expensive ) Highly recommended.....Give it a try Folks....

Another pub in Swansea has now been refurbished. The Smoking Dog, now called the Mill, looks too posh for its old clientele, and prices have been hiked as well. It may struggle. But if you desire a clean, smart pub to relax in briefly, here's your man.

Seriously student place with giant jenga and all sort everywhere. Good fun, after hours beers from the corner shop down the road if you havent had enough!

Small, cheap (especially if you are a student) with a nice atmosphere. The beer's not great though.
