Went to this place for lunch (not for the first time) and we found the food to be dreadful and the lady who served us rude. The fish & chips were OK (no mushy peas) but the liver and bacon was truly shocking - bacon barely cooked, raw cabbage, and strange tasting liver too!! I truly don't know how they can justify their steepish prices. The one good thing to be said for this place is the lovely rural location and large family garden area. Will not return!

Large open space with plenty of parking, outside space and large interior. Nice friendly staff who were quick to serve. I had a pint of Tribute which although a reasonable price was very poor, shame as this will automatically make this a pub I will not return to.

food was very nice but did not like the fact that there was no menu so for the starters and puddings the waitress had to tell you what there was but yo had no idea of prices and for the man meals they were written on a black board in the main bar so you had to leave your table to look at the menu.

Came to tally ho as it was recommended by a friend so thought we would pop in for lunch. The space outside of the pub is immense, with plenty of grass and some kids climbing frame. Anyways the staff was really friendly and we ordered lunch consisting of tally Burger and a home cooked Ham ploughmans. To our dissapointment the food was not all that nice, although looking nice the Ham was not home cooked and was clearly out of a packet. And the Burger was swallowed. Up by a big bun and was overcooked and was more like one of them grill steaks rather than a Burger also the homemade coleslaw was missing from the Burger. After we left we was glad we didn't try anything from the main menu as we thoughtit.may of been a let down.

We turned up at the Tally Ho pub while out walking with family. Three of us had a fantastic Sunday lunch, one person having the fish option, with drinks. The service was excellent and very friendly, with the staff being very helpful. It was a bit expensive, but plenty to eat. Although it wasn't on our original route, we were very pleased about the overall service. Even the locals wished us well when leaving.

Very attractive situation, close to the less obvious attractions of downtown Biggin Hill. Friendly enough, but the extremely loud music would put me off drinking inside. But there's a large and pleasant garden area outside, and the beer was in immaculate condition (I confess to really enjoying GK IPA, especially when I'm very thirsty).

This has got to be the friendliest pub I have ever been in. When we visit we normally stop for a meal as well. They do a smashing beef and ale pie, and the fish nights are great with the fish being cooked any way you want it. I would thoroughly recommend this pub but to 45+ age group.

Tucked away from the Westerham to Bromley main arterial road route. Only accessible via narrow-ish country lanes going to/from Knockholt (via Rushmore Hill) Very pleasant, quiet location, & the beers and ales are fine too. Unfortunately in recent visits the food standard has fallen. - The commitment is just not there. Real shame, but this place is still well worth a visit.

Some way out of Knockholt this pub always keeps an excellent pint of Larkins. It used to also have a Westerham beer and Flowersz original, but those two ahve not been available lately and have been substituted by Green King IPA - v poor in comparison. The food is good value and the menu changes frequently. The friendly welcome makes this pub worth seeking out.

Visited on the way home from 'Singles Night' at a local tip/recycling facility. Wednesday night is 'Fish Night' - we had a beautifully served pint of Larkins and two portions of halibut which were "good enough for Jehova". Large paddock behind the pub has now been restored to pristine condition; could we hope that the Kentish game of 'Bat & trap' will, one day, return?

Called in for a beer other night and decided to stay for an eaving meal. Selection from blackboard above fireplace was extensive. Chose Shank of Lamb. Served with fresh, crunchy vegetables and new potatoes. An absolute delight. All this washed down with a couple of pints of 'Larkins'. My idea of heaven! A most friendly bunch of staff for which nothing was to much trouble! I look forward to our next culinary encounter.

An out of the way 'local' pub with excellent food, congenial company, a fiercley loyal clientele and a good selection of ales including 'Larkins' from nearby Chiddingstone. Andy and his staff really know how to look after beer and it's always served in tip top condition.
