The Red Lion, Southwold

Nice food, let down by inflexable, verging on rude attitude about ordering food. Don't dare to irder your food 1 minute before 6!

The Royal Oak Hotel, Stockport

Sadly taken over by dreded Marstons, so beer range has become poor. Food still very good.

The Hinds Head, Stockport

Food is incredible and reasonably priced. Good busy atmosphere. Let down by uninspiring beer range, mainly Marstons and Jennings. If this pub had decent beer, then it would be perfect!

The Plough Inn, Wangford

Returned here again, and the food is even better! Beer range sadly now limited to Adnams range. Can't understand why more people are not using this pub as the food is amazing and also very cheap. I can't wait to eat here again.

Royal Oak, Stockport

Best place for food in High Lane, well worth a look.

The Plough Inn, Wangford

The food is superb in here. Only a short walk from Wangford village. Good to see a guest beer on tap, much as I like Adnams, its good to have a choice.

The Angel Inn, Wangford

Really nice pub, with good atmosphere. More choice needed on menu and would be nice to see fresh veg served with meals.

The Cliffs Inn, Morfa Nefyn

Great place for food, serving excellent currys and superb fish dishes. Let down by poor choice in beer.

The Royal Oak Hotel, Stockport

Interesting range of beers, compared to rest of the local pubs. Food is really good in here, all home made. Recommended.

The Phoenix, Hazel Grove

This place lacks any atmosphere, big pub, no one in the place.

The Lyme Arms, Stockport

Food is cheap canteen style slop. Beer is poor. I wouldn't spend 3 on food in here, I would walk to the Royal Oak where the food is a MUCH high quality, and not much more expensive. Typical pub chain dump.

The Romper, Marple

Stopped going in here when they refurbished it. Beer range now poor, and lacks any atmosphere it once had.

The Sportsman, Strines

Great oasis in an area dominated by Robbies pubs. Phoenix Arizona on all the time with three changing guests. Pictish is on here quite frequently.

White Lion, Disley

Excellent pub for beer drinkers. Staff and management are wonderfull. Always a very warm, friendly welcome.

The Rams Head, Disley

Wonderfull, friendly service from the staff. The food is a good price, and more importantly excellent. Only slight negative, is while beer is well kept, it is a poor range, serving only Landlord and Thwaits Bomber. Worth going in for decent food and fantastic service.

The Rambler Country House, Edale

One of the worst pubs I have ever been in. will not go in again, while it is under it's current management. Only reason it does well is the location. I'm sure once people go in once, they will never return. Customer service does not exist in this place.

The Globe Hotel, Glossop

Fantastic!! House beers superb and excellent value. Food is amazing and again really cheap. Top that with friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

Lion Hotel, Pwllheli

This is one of the best pubs in Wales. There is always beer from the excellent Purple Moose brewery in Porthmadog, the food is good, and staff are superb.

Ye Olde Nags Head, Castleton

The service is terrible. After a long walk we headed here for a well deserved pint and some food. We were greated by a woman behind the bar, who walked off as soon as we entered. 5 minutes later she returned, walked behind the bar, and stared into space clicking her pen. As she was so rude, we voted with our feet, and walked out.
