| Went to the Artisan pub in Chingford after recommendation from a friend a work.Very clean and friendly nice clientel.They were offereing what they call BLACKROCK GRILL.I had the lamb and my husband had the steak.The food was wonderfully presented and the tenderness of the meat was exceptional more restaurant standard but then again I guess this is the new concept.We will definitely be back again for more.Thank goodness we are once again seeing a revival of good home cooked food at reasonable prices in a nice environment. | Nice small friendly pub where the beer is well kept.The darts throw is also good. The only downside was a wino whose main aim was to annoy everyone in the pub. He was dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner by the landlord with a bit of back up from some regulars. Will certainly visit this establishment again. Wee_Paddy - 15 Feb 2007 07:33 |
