Visited this pub in September with my wife. Quieter than some of the pubs nearby and quite friendly. The beer was pretty good and the food above average snd reasonably priced.

my wife and I visited this pub twice in September. The beer was very well kept, the HSD was excellent. The main cources were excellent and we were told made by the chef. The desserts were OK, but they were bought in - they had run out of the homemade ones. The service was very good. I would rate this as a very good food pub, mainly for the starters and main courses. Worth a visit if you are in the locality.

The Waterloo Arms, Lyndhurst
I went here with my wife in September 2009 and had an excellent pint of HSB. The best pub we went to by far in Lyndhurst.
