The Britannia, Monument

A grubby little dive with lousy service and the worst toilets that I have ever, ever seen. Who is supposed to oversee this shit ? There was only 2 staff members that of whom English was a first language. Pardonable in some circumstances, but in a busy city pub ?
I couldn't wait to leave. Shame .Shame. Shame
