Firstly I would like to apologise for the seemingly rather less than perfect service referred to in the previous comment, a print out of which is now hanging in our kitchen!! We are always happy to receive feedback from customers - both good and bad - but it is particularly helpful if negative issues are raised with us when they occur so that we can deal with them immediately. We always strive to provide the best possible service, and receive many positive and encouraging comments from our customers
