Firstly I would like to apologise for the seemingly rather less than perfect service referred to in the previous comment, a print out of which is now hanging in our kitchen!! We are always happy to receive feedback from customers - both good and bad - but it is particularly helpful if negative issues are raised with us when they occur so that we can deal with them immediately.
