Dog and Gun, Keyham

Visited here on a Saturday lunchtime after completing the local Parish Walk, and arrived with an appetite. The bar was fresh and the staff friendly, but the food was a complete let down. The small menu looked mouth watering but on ordering the 'Beer Battered' fish with chips the whole thing went wrong. The fish turned out to be the frozen battered type you buy in cheap supermarkets and still cold in the middle, the chips oily, and salad limp. The other meals ordered were no better.

Drink yes, eat no.
