The Woolpack, Telford

Went to the Woolpack this evening, saw a notice by the door that there was an option for a meal and a drink at a reduced price. Went to the bar and ordered drinks and told the barmaid that we intended to dine. At no time did she inform us of our options, but asked if we would like five minutes to look at the menu. She than charged me full price for the drinks. My wife went to the bar to order food, and because she was gone a long time, I started to observe what was going on. My wife was standing right next to a till, and I even saw the young girl look at my wife once. Saw some young lads come in (maybe pool players), and the young girl served them immediately, completely ignoring my wife. We left, never to darken their door again, having explained the error of their ways, but I expect it had no effect at all.
