The female staff at the Salt House got an attitude. Don�t even look at them you may offend them. They are not proffesionals, they take things personally instead of explaining in a nice maner to the customer.

The King William, Bristol

What a horrible night at the Kings Williams pub. We met at the Williams to have our first beer. The bartender took ages to serve us, so I told him that we were next. He kept ignoring us and refuse to serve us because he said we were rude!!! absolutly incredible. We will never again come back to Kings Williams pub.
