The Kingfisher, Colyton

I am sorry to say The Kingfisher pub experience was the worst I have ever endured. Nothing for vegans, curmudgeonly service, mould on the walls, toilets outside, "no pets" but a resident hungry cat after your scraps!

My sister-in-law had the most appalling dish, a Greek salad comprising ripped up Iceberg Lettuce, lumps of feta cheese and a few old olives with no dressing whatsoever. The dish could have been presented better by my two year old! I dread to think what a Greek would have said.

To top it all I left with my eighty year old mother (she needed a headstart and fresh air) with the rest of our party settling the bill and we were chased after by the owner who accused us of "running off without paying"!

Please, don't bother!
