The Treacle Mine, Polegate

I am really disgusted by the size of the portions served here. I am vegan and paid �8.99 for a soup plate with lettuce leaves, a cut up pear and crushed walnuts (main), my partners main was �7.99 - 3 cannelloni and my friends steak pie was mostly gravy with small mash and veg. We were advised to order chips as ytjhe portions were 'rather small' The eton mess was just ice cream, cream and cooli no meringue. I have written and will post reply.
