The Pumphouse, Tower Hill

I remember I went here for a work colleagues leaving do in December 1999. It still looked the same last time I was in there in July 2006. Nice pub though in the heart of the city. Can be very busy especially on a friday lunchtime.

Hoy & Helmet, South Benfleet

Nice little pub. When I'm back in the area I pop in now and again for a few drinks with friends. The variety of drinks is good although it can look a little dark in there at times and the ceilings are quite low. All in all a good pub. I reccommend it!
