Muddled Man, West Chinnock

yesterday,10-6-14, myself and six family members went for lunch at The Muddled Man,and found it to be a great place to eat and drink real ales,at very reasonable prices, The landlord was very amusing, as befitted the pub name,I was certainly not offended by the friendly banter, the food was excellent,both in quantity and value, and the beer was exceptional, well done Yeovil ales. We will be going there again, very soon

The Great Lyde, Yeovil

I took my family, and 2 grandchildren to have a look at the newly re opened GREAT LYDE pub, I was very impressed, two palmers beers on handpulls,best bitter and copper ale, both very drinkable,.The food menu on offer was very reasonably priced, and quite a good selection of typical pub food, the kids settled for fish fingers and mash, with peas, and the rest of us had sandwiches, which were served with a very nice side salad and crisps, The new head chef served us personally,and I had to congratulate him on both service and value for money.The rest of the staff were very helpful, and the pub itself is very clean and comfortable, Most impressed,well done to you all

Fleur de Lys, Yeovil

I use the Fleur on a fairly regular basis, and I have always found it to be as clean and tidy as you would expect a busy working local pub to be , and I have never seen Danny or Rose looking scruffy, in any way or means, the beers are always served correctly and I have never,ever seen any member of staff top up glasses from drip trays, they ALWAYS serve my pints full to the correct level,no need to top up, Rose is a wonderful cook, her food is delicious, I have never had to complain about any aspect of the service I have been offered. I would certainly recommend THE FLEUR DE LYS Go try it yourself, don,t listen to some of these losers, cheers,THE BEERSWIGGER
