The White Horse, Eaton Bray

A very pleasantly surprised! this beautiful looking Pub on the green in a small quaint village. Lovely friendly atmosphere, with a homely smell of the log fires as you enter the pub. We booked a table for lunch, which is just as well as by 1.30 the small but itimate restaurant was fully booked. The food was excellent, the 'BEST' roast I have tasted in years - apart from mine that is!! The two waitresses were very tentative without being over the top, and the fact of being asked if you would like extra gravy or veg was very thoughful. I would recommend this Pub to anyone....although maybe not for Sunday Lunch just incase we couldn't get a table!! I look forward to our next visit, thank you from a 2 very satisified customers!!
