The Albion, Farnham
The pub has re-opened. I've been in twice, and both times it was pretty dead, yet the manager seems to have a really negative attitude towards his customers. Paying customers deserve to be treated with good customer service or I can't imagine it will be open very long again. The Fox in the Bourne has the best customer service ever - perhaps the manager should nip down there for a training day.
