The Guildford, Southend on Sea
although this pub is in huge need of some TLC from the brewery it really is a hidden gem, and probably southends best kept secret.
the beer is the second cheapest of all the pubs in the area and is well cared for, the menu is good and the food always cooked well. all the matches are shown and the atmosphere is great with a really friendly bunch of staff and regulars you soon feel welcome.
